FUGE II (channel 3): From comparative genomics to systems biology - unravelling novel principle virulence mechanisms in pathogenic spore−forming bacteria
FUGE II support covers the following research topics:
   _functional and structural analysis of B. cereus multidrug resistance (MDR) genes
   _functional analysis of biofilm formation in the B. cereus group
   _bioinformatic comparative genomics of the B. cereus group, with emphasis on genome dynamics
   _B. cereus group genome sequencing using Roche FLX 454 technology
